What is your waiting time policy?

For departures and point-to-point transfers, a complimentary grace period of 15 minutes is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Waiting time beyond this will be charged at S$20 per 15-minute block. For airport arrivals, a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes is provided from the actual flight landing time. Should waiting time exceed 60 minutes, additional charges equivalent to the one-way arrival rate will apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel: 25% fee if cancelled between 48–24 hours before the booking; 50% fee if cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours before; 75% fee if cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup. No-shows will be charged in full.

When can I make my booking?

You can make a booking anytime through our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Please note that a booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. All rates shown are inclusive of gasoline, parking, and toll charges within Singapore.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are available upon request — please inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges apply: Age 1–3 (infant/toddler seat) add $6; Age 4–7 (booster seat) add $3. Infant seats are not provided for children under 1 year old.
